A light pear and flower infusion for short-lived dry-weather throat discomfort.

Ingredients
- 5 g food-grade dried mulberry leaf
- 5 g dried chrysanthemum flowers
- 1 small pear, thinly sliced
- 600 ml water
- 1 tsp honey, optional
Method
- 1Rinse the dried botanicals briefly.
- 2Simmer pear in water for 5 minutes.
- 3Add mulberry leaf and chrysanthemum and simmer gently for 6 minutes.
- 4Steep covered for 5 minutes, strain and add honey once slightly cooled.
Nutrition (approx.): ~40 kcal per serving · 1 cup (~250 ml)
