    Ingredients

    • 5 g food-grade dried mulberry leaf
    • 5 g dried chrysanthemum flowers
    • 1 small pear, thinly sliced
    • 600 ml water
    • 1 tsp honey, optional

    Method

    1. 1Rinse the dried botanicals briefly.
    2. 2Simmer pear in water for 5 minutes.
    3. 3Add mulberry leaf and chrysanthemum and simmer gently for 6 minutes.
    4. 4Steep covered for 5 minutes, strain and add honey once slightly cooled.

    Nutrition (approx.): ~40 kcal per serving · 1 cup (~250 ml)
