Soft pumpkin with ginger and tangerine peel is a simple warm side for digestion that feels unsettled by stress.

Ingredients
- 450 g pumpkin, sliced
- 10 g fresh ginger, grated
- 5 g aged tangerine peel, soaked and slivered
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 spring onion, sliced
Method
- 1Arrange pumpkin on a heatproof plate and scatter with ginger and tangerine peel.
- 2Steam over boiling water for 16–18 minutes until tender.
- 3Warm soy, sugar and sesame oil until the sugar dissolves.
- 4Spoon over pumpkin, scatter with spring onion and serve.
