    Ingredients

    • 450 g pumpkin, sliced
    • 10 g fresh ginger, grated
    • 5 g aged tangerine peel, soaked and slivered
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1 tsp brown sugar
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 spring onion, sliced

    Method

    1. 1Arrange pumpkin on a heatproof plate and scatter with ginger and tangerine peel.
    2. 2Steam over boiling water for 16–18 minutes until tender.
    3. 3Warm soy, sugar and sesame oil until the sugar dissolves.
    4. 4Spoon over pumpkin, scatter with spring onion and serve.
