    Ingredients

    • 60 g Job's tears, soaked overnight
    • 50 g jasmine rice
    • 250 g pumpkin, diced
    • 1.2 L water
    • 10 g dried longan
    • Sea salt

    Method

    1. 1Drain Job's tears and combine with rice and water.
    2. 2Simmer partly covered for 25 minutes.
    3. 3Add pumpkin and cook for another 15 minutes.
    4. 4Add longan for 5 minutes, mash a little pumpkin into the broth, season and rest.

    Nutrition (approx.): ~180 kcal per serving · 1 bowl (~300 ml)
