    Ingredients

    • 8–10 dried white chrysanthemum buds (Jú Huā)
    • 1 tbsp dried goji berries (Gǒu Qǐ Zǐ)
    • 1 L filtered water
    • 1 tsp raw honey — optional

    Method

    1. 1Rinse chrysanthemum buds and goji berries briefly in cool water.
    2. 2Bring water to a gentle boil. Remove from heat.
    3. 3Add chrysanthemum and goji berries. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
    4. 4Strain into a teapot or jug. Sweeten with raw honey if desired.
    5. 5Drink warm throughout the day. Can be re-steeped once.
