Chrysanthemum & Goji Cooling Tea

A daily sipping tea that cools the Liver, brightens the eyes and softens the irritability that creeps in with long hot days.

Ingredients
- 8–10 dried white chrysanthemum buds (Jú Huā)
- 1 tbsp dried goji berries (Gǒu Qǐ Zǐ)
- 1 L filtered water
- 1 tsp raw honey — optional
Method
- 1Rinse chrysanthemum buds and goji berries briefly in cool water.
- 2Bring water to a gentle boil. Remove from heat.
- 3Add chrysanthemum and goji berries. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
- 4Strain into a teapot or jug. Sweeten with raw honey if desired.
- 5Drink warm throughout the day. Can be re-steeped once.
