Ingredients
- 1 block (300 g) silken tofu
- 1 century egg (Pí Dàn), peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
Method
- 1Carefully remove silken tofu from packaging and invert onto a serving plate.
- 2Slice century egg into wedges and arrange over the tofu.
- 3Drizzle with light soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.
- 4Scatter spring onion and black sesame seeds on top.
- 5Serve immediately, chilled or at room temperature.
