    Ingredients

    • 1 block (300 g) silken tofu
    • 1 century egg (Pí Dàn), peeled and sliced
    • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
    • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
    • 1 spring onion, finely sliced

    Method

    1. 1Carefully remove silken tofu from packaging and invert onto a serving plate.
    2. 2Slice century egg into wedges and arrange over the tofu.
    3. 3Drizzle with light soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.
    4. 4Scatter spring onion and black sesame seeds on top.
    5. 5Serve immediately, chilled or at room temperature.
