Ingredients
- 250 g daikon, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, white and green separated
- 3 ginger slices
- 650 ml light vegetable stock
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- White pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1Simmer daikon and ginger in stock for 14 minutes.
- 2Add spring-onion whites for the final 3 minutes.
- 3Season with soy and white pepper.
- 4Remove from heat, add sesame oil and sliced green tops and serve.
