    Ingredients

    • 200 g silken tofu, cubed
    • 1 Asian pear, peeled and diced
    • 400 ml unsweetened soy milk
    • 10 g rock sugar
    • 5 g dried white fungus, soaked
    • 1 tsp goji berries

    Method

    1. 1Trim and tear the soaked fungus into small pieces.
    2. 2Warm soy milk, pear, fungus and sugar gently for 10 minutes without boiling.
    3. 3Add tofu and goji and simmer very gently for 3 minutes.
    4. 4Ladle carefully into bowls and serve warm.
