Silken Tofu, Pear & Soy Milk Soup

Ingredients
- 200 g silken tofu, cubed
- 1 Asian pear, peeled and diced
- 400 ml unsweetened soy milk
- 10 g rock sugar
- 5 g dried white fungus, soaked
- 1 tsp goji berries
Method
- 1Trim and tear the soaked fungus into small pieces.
- 2Warm soy milk, pear, fungus and sugar gently for 10 minutes without boiling.
- 3Add tofu and goji and simmer very gently for 3 minutes.
- 4Ladle carefully into bowls and serve warm.
