The builder itself lives inside a patient record, so you will need to sign in to follow along in the app.
The case report builder is not a separate app. It sits inside each patient record, so it can pre-fill from the notes and diagnoses you already recorded.
- Go to Patients and open the person whose case you want to write up.
- Switch to the Diagnoses tab.
- Click Case report to open the builder.
Why it matters. Pre-filling from real session notes is what keeps the timeline honest — you are editing recorded history, not reconstructing it from memory months later.
