How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every new account starts with a seven-day trial of full access, and you enter your email only — no card is needed. Nothing is charged when the trial finishes.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your account moves to the free reference library. Acupuncture points, meridians and herb references stay open, while clinical decision support and practice tools wait until you choose a plan.
Do you need my card for the trial?
No. The trial requires an email address only, and the paid Monthly and Yearly plans use Stripe checkout when you choose them.
How much does a subscription cost?
Monthly is A$29.99 per month and Yearly is A$149.99 per year, in Australian dollars. Yearly works out cheaper than twelve monthly payments.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings, and paid subscriptions carry a seven-day cooling-off refund — the terms page has the details.
Are the reference pages free?
Yes. Point, meridian and herb references stay viewable once you sign in with an email address, on every plan including the free library.
