- Does it replace my clinical judgement?

- Where do patient payments land?
- In your own clinic account. You connect it once, and payouts go directly to your bank — Medi-Chi does not sit in the middle of your takings. You remain responsible for all transactions, refunds and disputes with your patients.
- Can I try it before paying?
